Elizabeth Dickinson is a seeker, yogini, space holder, and catalyst for deep transformation. Her spiritual journey started at the age of 8 when she joined Thich Nhat Hahn for a walking meditation at the Omega institute. This early life experience was deeply impactful and began her dedication to meditation and mindfulness as a way of life.
Elizabeth received her yoga teacher training in 2009 and completed her advanced studies in therapeutic yoga in 2014. A dedicated student of the Diamond Approach, Elizabeth brings a deeply experiential knowledge of the subtle body, the nervous system, and modern psychology into her practice. She is passionate about catalyzing change through self-awareness, spaciousness, and understanding. Her mission is to empower people to trust themselves, trust their experience, and live from a place of deep knowing, curiosity and discovery. She teaches workshops on meditation and deeper yogic practices as well as the powerful practice of inquiry–a dynamic, but passive journey into the present moment as it unfolds. She offers 1 on 1 and small group sessions for meditation, pranayama, asana, and spiritual support.
A lover of music, laughter, dance, play, food-as-medicine, and living at the threshold, Elizabeth has a unique capacity to meet each individual where they are with clarity, discernment, compassion and fierce love for the Truth. She sees each individual as a sacred manifestation of life and consciousness and is deeply dedicated to supporting those around her to step away from self-judgement, slow down, and to stay with the discomfort of old patterning so it may dissolve organically into heightened expansiveness and presence.
